The General Manager at Amangani in Jackson Hole, WY, will lead the reopening and ongoing operation, bridging project leadership and property leadership to deliver Aman’s ultra-luxury standards. Reporting to the Managing Director Americas, you will guide guest experience, asset health, and commercial performance while building a high-performing team and engaging with ownership and local partners.

The role requires exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking and a hands-on leadership style

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex pre-openings.
• Strong operational leadership for ultra-luxury hotels.
• Exceptional budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Crisis management skills and ability to lead with composure.
• Sophisticated communication with UHNW individuals and ownership groups.
• Ambassador of Aman service philosophy and personal presentation.

Responsabilités

• Phase I: Lead pre-opening, coordinate with design, tech services and procurement to meet brand specs.
• Phase II: Define resort strategy, drive guest experience, and manage commercial performance.
• Build and mentor an Executive Committee aligned with Aman values.
• Manage owner and stakeholder relations and ensure regulatory and financial discipline.
