Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources for Amangani in Jackson, Wyoming. The role partners with the General Manager and executive team to drive HR strategy and ensure operational excellence across recruitment, performance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities include overseeing HR systems (Workday/ADP), talent planning, and compensation & benefits, with an emphasis on data integrity and legal compliance in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and policy frameworks.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as ADP and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager and Executive Committee to drive HR strategy and operations.
• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Manage HR systems, payroll data, and reporting to ensure data integrity.
• Lead talent and workforce planning to align structure with business goals.
• Oversee Learning, Development, and Quality programs across the property.
• Drive employee engagement, communications, and adherence to policies.
