Job summary

Aman’s Amangani resort in Jackson Hole is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead all F&B venues, in-room dining, events, and guest experiences, upholding Aman luxury standards.

As a member of the Executive Committee, you will shape strategy, budgets, branding and service excellence while guiding high-performing teams across multiple outlets. A minimum of five years’ executive F&B leadership in luxury hospitality and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Executive-level F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets, in-room dining, events, and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for the F&B division.
• Direct and oversee restaurants, pool, outdoor dining, events and guest experiences.
• Partner with Executive Chef to refine menus, beverage programs and promotions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and KPIs for the division.
