Job summary

Amangani, part of Aman Group, is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage in Jackson, WY, to lead all F&B venues, set strategy, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a luxury mountain resort.

The role requires a proven track record in executive F&B leadership, budget management, beverage programs, and alignment with Aman luxury standards across restaurants, in-room dining, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum five years of executive-level F&B leadership experience within a luxury resort environment.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in luxury hotel or resort settings.
