Aman is seeking a Director of Human Resources for its Amangani property in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. You will partner with the General Manager and executive team to align HR strategy with exceptional guest service and brand standards.

Responsibilities include leading HR operations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance and data integrity across the property. The role demands strategic impact and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive HR experience, 2–3 in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for the property, ensuring policy adherence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee talent management, compensation & benefits, learning, and training.
• Partner with leadership to align HR services with guest-experience goals.
• Manage employee relations, performance, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
