Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B venues at its Jackson Hole luxury resort. The role requires strategic leadership, oversees restaurants, pools, in-room dining and events, and partners with the Executive Chef on menus and programs.

The ideal candidate has extensive luxury hospitality leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of elevating guest experiences in premium properties. Wyoming certifications and work authorization are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field preferred; equivalent luxury hospitality leadership experience will be considered.
• Minimum five years of executive-level Food & Beverage leadership experience within a luxury resort environment, including experience overseeing multiple outlets, in-room dining, events, and beverage operations.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort environment required; mountain resort experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, revenue optimization, and cost control.
• Strong strategic planning, commercial acumen, and business development capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any certifications, permits, or licenses required by Wyoming law and Teton County regulations, including alcohol-service related certifications where applicable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident or other valid work authorization).

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute strategic business plans that support operational, financial, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement objectives; lead and develop the F&B Division to Aman standards.
• Operations and Guest Experience: Direct and oversee F&B components of restaurants, pool, outdoor dining, seasonal recreation, events, and guest experiences to reflect luxury standards.
• Culinary, Beverage and Product: Partner with the Executive Chef to develop menus, beverage programs, wine lists, and promotions aligned with culture and seasonality.
• Financial and Commercial Performance: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, initiatives, and analyze KPIs with corrective actions as needed.
• Quality Assurance, Compliance and Brand Standards: Ensure HACCP, safety, sanitation, and brand guidelines; maintain regular audit programs across service delivery and outlets.
