Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead operations for a Taco Bell franchise and drive a high-performing team. You will oversee all restaurant functions, uphold Border Foods core values, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering fast, friendly service.
• Schedule and deploy the Team correctly to meet business needs.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the point of sale system and updates (pricing, menus).
• Lead cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Coach and develop Team Members; handle customer complaints effectively.
