Job summary

Border Foods LLC is hiring a General Manager to operate our Taco Bell franchise and lead a high-performing team. You will drive service excellence, manage financials, and uphold our core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment.

The role requires flexibility and a long work week, with top-pay in the industry, a Best of the Best trip to Mexico, and a comprehensive benefits package including education and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Requires availability for early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values and guide team members and shift leaders to meet standards.
• Schedule and deploy staff, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable.
• Drive fast and friendly service and ensure a quality customer experience.
• Maintain POS system and report any system failures or pricing/menu changes.
• Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
