Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age; valid Driver’s license.
• Exempt management position; 50+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations end-to-end and lead a strong team.
• Schedule staffing to meet business needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, health, and quality standards across all shifts.
• Monitor P&L performance and drive profitability.
• Handle customer issues with a proactive, positive approach.
