Confidential Space Coast employer seeks a General Manager to own the P&L, lead the service and install teams, and set the growth trajectory for a residential home services brand in Florida.

The on-site role demands a hands-on operator who can recruit, coach, and retain technicians, deploy proven SOPs, ensure compliance, and partner with platform leadership to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.

Formación

• Track record of owning a P&L or running an operation measured on results.
• Leadership of frontline teams and earned trust from crews, technicians, or operators.
• Self-directed operator who finds, installs, and verifies solutions.
• Ability to read the P&L, find leaks, and close them.
• Willing to relocate to Space Coast, Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Own full P&L including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and growth targets.
• Oversee service and install model metrics: bookings, dispatch, productivity, ticket size, close rate, callbacks, and memberships growth.
• Lead service and install managers, dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians: hire, coach, and hold the bar.
• Recruit, retain, and set pay structure for technicians in a competitive Florida labor market.
• Deploy proven SOPs and ensure adoption rather than assuming it.
• Manage licensing, permitting, safety, and fleet operations.
• Forecast, budget, and performance reviews with platform leadership.
