Job summary

Space Coast, FL-based residential home services operator seeks a General Manager to own the P&L, lead the service and install teams, and drive growth in a market where HVAC is essential.

The role reports to platform leadership and requires a proven record of owning results, hiring and coaching frontline crews, and delivering EBITDA-style improvements. Salary ranges from $180k to $220k base plus bonus and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Owns a P&L or equivalent operation results.
• Leads frontline teams including crews, technicians, or operators.
• Shows a bias to action and an ownership mentality over reporting activity.
• Reads and analyzes P&L statements to identify leaks and fix them.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and growth targets.
• Direct service and install model operations: bookings, dispatch, productivity, ticket size, close rate, and memberships.
• Lead service and install managers, dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians: hire, coach, and raise bar.
• Recruit and retain technicians; manage pay structures in a competitive Florida market.
• Deploy platform SOPs and ensure adoption across the team.
• Oversee licensing, permitting, safety, and fleet across the area.
• Forecast, budget, and review performance with platform leadership.
