Sitreps2steercos seeks a General Manager to run a major residential home services business in the Greater Orlando area. This operator role owns the P&L, leads the leadership team, and drives growth across service and install functions in a fast-growing market.

The candidate will deploy proven SOPs, manage licensing and safety, and align teams to platform playbooks while achieving strong revenue and margin results.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning a P&L or operating with performance metrics.
• Led frontline teams (crews, technicians, or operators) and earned trust.
• Self-directed operator with ability to implement solutions and verify results.
• Financial fluency: read the P&L, identify gaps, and close them.
• Bias to action and ownership mentality over reporting activity.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Orlando area.

Responsibilities

• Own Full P&L: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and growth targets.
• Oversee service and install model: bookings, dispatch, technician productivity, ticket size, close rate, callbacks.
• Lead service and install managers, dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians: hire, coach, set standards.
• Recruit, retain, and structure pay for technicians in a competitive Florida market.
• Deploy the platform playbook: SOPs adoption and consistent execution.
• Oversee licensing, permitting, safety, and fleet across the area.
• Forecast, budget, and conduct performance reviews with platform leadership.
