Job summary

sitrepsllc is seeking a General Manager to run the Space Coast residential home services business. This on-site leadership role owns the P&L, leads the leadership team, and drives brand growth in a market where air conditioning is essential.

You will set operating standards, coach managers and technicians, and push for measurable results while deploying proven SOPs and platform playbooks across service and install operations.

Qualifications

• A track record of owning a P&L or running an operation with results.
• Leadership of frontline teams (crews, technicians, or operators).
• Self-directed operator with problem-solving drive.
• Financial fluency: read the P&L, find leaks, close them.
• Bias to action and ownership mentality.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Space Coast, FL.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and growth targets.
• Oversee the service and install model: bookings, dispatch, ticket size, close rate, and membership growth.
• Lead service/install managers, dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians: hiring and coaching.
• Recruit, retain, and structure pay for technicians in Florida.
• Install the platform playbook: deploy SOPs and ensure adoption.
• Manage licensing, permitting, safety, and fleet across the area.
• Forecast, budget, and perform performance reviews with platform leadership.
