Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in-person and by phone.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and relations.
• Manage daily operations: collections, deposits, customer calls.
• Show and rent units by assessing tenant needs and offering storage solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, cross-sell facilities.
• Assist with auction preparations and tenant communications.
• Maintain curb appeal and perform minor maintenance.
• Commit to company customer-experience standards and feedback.
