Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure budgetary targets, and maintain client relationships across designated accounts within a major market. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Responsibility includes budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and acting as ambassador at key events, with a strong focus on client retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, sales, marketing, business administration, or hospitality.
• Five years of security management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum of three years in event industry or service-related field at large venues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch monitoring and KPI adherence: revenue, gross margin, indirect costs, EBITDA, and collections.
• Select and develop direct reports; implement career development plans.
• Staffing coordination with Branch Manager and Recruiting Team for designated accounts.
• Manage scheduling to fulfill client orders using WinTeam processes.
• Serve as liaison with major clients to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Conduct compliance assessments and disseminate policies across branches.
