Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee a designated branch and client accounts. You will drive operational performance, manage staff, and ensure compliance with budgets and client expectations.

You will foster long-term relationships with key clients, lead a team of managers, and mentor staff across the branch. The role focuses on safety, service excellence, and financial stewardship in a dynamic event environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, sales, marketing, business administration or hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of security management experience.
• Minimum of three years of event industry experience or service industry at large venues.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, ensuring KPIs are met (revenue, gross margin, costs, EBITDA, collections).
• Staff selection, development, and performance management.
• Ensure staffing levels and scheduling align with client needs and contract requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and act as liaison with major accounts.
