Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, drive profitability, and lead a high-performing team. You will uphold core values, manage labor and food quality, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail management, ServeSafe certification, and a willingness to work extended hours. Competitive base pay with strong bonus potential, plus extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management position; 50+ hours per week with flexible schedule.
• ServeSafe Certified; must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values and ensure safe, friendly service.
• Drive quality customer experience and profitability by managing labor, inventory, and food quality.
