Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, build a strong team, and uphold our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will drive performance, manage P&L, and ensure guests receive exceptional service. The role requires long hours, a strong track record in hiring, and commitment to development and safety. Competitive pay and extensive perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Schedule demands may change; exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.

• Drive top-line results and manage budgets, including P&L and labor.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and safety policies.
