Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; expect to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Schedule and deploy the Team effectively and uphold standards.
• Manage health, safety, and cash handling policies to minimize losses.
