Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience is required.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule may require 50+ hours/week.
• ServeSafe Certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operation of the restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure guests have a great experience with fast, friendly service and quality food.
• Lead scheduling, training, and development to meet business goals.
• Monitor profits, costs, and inventory; manage cash handling per policy.
