Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee a high-profile restaurant and specialty retail concept in Manhattan.

This hands-on leader will drive guest service, team development, and community engagement at a premier, high-traffic location. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a GM/AGM in food & beverage, strong financial acumen to manage labor, COGS and budgets, and a willingness to travel 4–5 weeks for comprehensive onboarding and training.

Position Responsibilities

• Foster an engaging guest service culture focused on high operational standards, food safety, and brand compliance.

• Maintain open, proactive communication with regional and corporate support teams across HR, finance, and supply chain.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years as a General Manager or AGM from a restaurant or F&B operation ready for the next step.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing labor costs, COGS, and operational budgets.
• Passionate team leader focused on coaching, mentoring, and staff retention for a team of at least 8-10.
• Exceptional self-sufficiency, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for 4 to 5 weeks of comprehensive offsite onboarding and training.

Compensation Package Details

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $82,000 based on experience
• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to 20%
