Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or ecommerce.
• Proven track record of progressive growth and advancement.
• Experience with full P&L ownership and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen, service, and fulfillment operations (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Manage a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted staff.
• Drive labor efficiency, food costs, and operational margins to meet targets.

• Own and monitor KPIs related to guest experience and financial performance.
