Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and channels. You will own the local P&L, manage both employees and contract partners, and drive operational excellence across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, align with cross-functional partners like finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics, and lead initiatives that improve guest experience and financial performance.
