Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will manage a multifunctional team, drive business results, and own the local P&L.

Success requires operational dexterity across staffing, vendor relations, and cross-brand collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact leadership role in Emerson, NJ.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by state/county/local health departments.
• AEDT/vetting criteria applied in hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted partners.
• Own the location's P&L and drive labor, food costs, and margins.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Represent Wonder with brand partners and local stakeholders.
