Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive labor efficiency, food safety and compliance, and own the local P&L while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will work with internal employees and contracted partners, shape guest experience, and build partnerships with local stakeholders to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience in logistics, hospitality, eCommerce, or similar domains.
• Proven leadership with full P&L ownership and ability to drive results.
• Able to influence and collaborate across finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partner teams.
• Knowledge of labor laws, food safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput and service execution.
• Monitor inventory, waste reduction, and shelf life adherence.
• Drive KPIs and financial performance; manage the location P&L.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted staff.
• Partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to identify savings and revenue opportunities.
• Represent Wonder in local communities and with brand partners.
