Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and channels. You will manage a multifunctional team, drive cross-brand collaboration, and own the local P&L, ensuring profitability and customer excellence.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, labor optimization, safety compliance, and partnership management. The role requires 3+ years in high-volume operations and a track record of leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce.
• Proven leadership with progressive responsibility in multi-brand, multi-channel environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and contract partners; ensure safety and labor compliance.
• Own the location P&L and drive labor, food costs, and margins with data-driven KPIs.
• Grow the business by building talent pipelines and scalable onboarding for new stores.
• Represent the Wonder brand and manage partnerships with vendors and operators.
