Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume location and a shared kitchen serving multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You will manage a multifunctional team, coordinate cross-brand activities, and own the local P&L.

This role requires operational dexterity, balancing staffing decisions, vendor relations, and performance coaching while driving business results and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or ecommerce.
• Proven track record of managing multi-brand, multi-channel operations.
• Experience with full P&L ownership and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment
• Optimize labor deployment and service execution
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards
• Manage inventory, waste reduction, and shelf life
• Forecast demand and adjust workflows in real time
• Drive customer feedback analysis to improve service
