Wonder, Jamaica, NY, seeks a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen operation serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will oversee a multifunctional team, drive local P&L results, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver excellence.

You will navigate staffing decisions, vendor relations, and performance management while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience in fast-growing, multi-brand or on-demand settings.
• Proven leadership and track record of progression.
• Demonstrated success in full P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Comfortable managing hybrid workforce (employees + contract partners).
• Strong cross-functional fluency across finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partners.
• Obsessed with customer service, quality, accountability and results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and manage shelf life.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Track customer feedback and KPIs to drive service excellence.
• Own the location's KPIs and align with internal/external contributors.
