Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a General Manager to lead manufacturing and distribution with full P&L accountability. The role oversees ~100 employees and drives lean culture while steering strategic and budget plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/distribution, plus strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, and inventory management.

Qualifications

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
