Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a General Manager to assume full P&L responsibility for a mid-sized manufacturing/distribution operation. You will lead manufacturing and distribution functions, mentor roughly 100 employees, and drive lean culture while advancing strategic plans and budgets.

This is a senior leadership role offering significant upside in a growing product portfolio and entrepreneurial work environment, with a salary range of $150k–$200k per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, and strategic/tactical planning.
• Full P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership, management and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume Full P&L responsibility.
• Manage/lead all manufacturing and distribution functions and related processes.
• Lead and develop direct and indirect reports (~100 FTEs).

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget
