KLA Industries in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced General Manager to own the full P&L for manufacturing and distribution, guiding growth with an entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset.

Lead and develop a team of about 100 staff, advance lean culture across operations, and develop strategic and tactical plans with budgets to drive performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
• Full P&L experience
• Excellent leadership, management and people development experience

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:
