Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a General Manager for its manufacturing and distribution leadership in the United States. This role carries full P&L responsibility and oversight of a ~100 FTE team, with a strong emphasis on lean practices and growth.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership, plus proven ability to drive strategic and operational plans, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
