Markent Personnel is seeking a General Manager to own full P&L for a mid-sized manufacturing/distribution business in Spokane, WA. The role oversees manufacturing and distribution, guides a leadership team of ~100 FTEs, and drives lean initiatives while executing strategic and budgeted plans.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/distribution, with strong planning, safety, and quality controls. Excellent people development skills are essential.

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
• Full P&L experience
• Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
