Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a General Manager for a mid-sized manufacturing and distribution operation in Spokane, WA. This leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and oversight of roughly 100 FTEs, with an emphasis on lean culture and a strong growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution leadership, deep expertise in production planning, scheduling, safety and inventory control, and a proven track record of developing leaders and delivering

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
