Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a General Manager for manufacturing and distribution with full P&L responsibility. The role offers a salary of $150k-$200k with substantial bonus potential and leadership over approximately 100 staff in a growth-oriented environment.

You will lead manufacturing and distribution operations, implement lean culture, and develop strategic and tactical plans and budgets to drive performance and scalable growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility.
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and related business processes.

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications:
