Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a General Manager to lead manufacturing and distribution operations with full P&L responsibility. The role oversees substantial staff and drives lean culture, strategic and budget planning to accelerate growth, with a strong cultural and entrepreneurial environment.

The position targets candidates with 5+ years in leadership within manufacturing/distribution, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to develop teams and business processes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
• Full P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership, management and people development experience.

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
