Related Management Company seeks a General Manager for One Bennett Park, Chicago's premier luxury residence. You will lead operations, finance, and a high-performing team to deliver an unparalleled living experience.

You will build strong resident relationships, anticipate needs, and drive excellence across all touchpoints, ensuring brand standards and service initiatives are met consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 7–10 years in property management, with 5+ years in leadership overseeing large teams in luxury multifamily.
• Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting with strong building operations knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data/reports to sustain high standards of customer service, revenue and expenses.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar).
• Strong conflict resolution with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to analyze metrics and implement performance improvements.
• Experience managing third-party vendor contracts (security, maintenance, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with workflow automation and CRM experience.
• CAM or CPM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a luxury residential building.
• Lead and inspire a team of professionals, aligning with the vision of exceptional resident service.
• Build and maintain strong resident relationships and address inquiries.
• Make introductory calls to future residents and meet new residents to ensure quality service.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Maintain accurate site administration files and communications.
• Analyze financial statements and manage annual budgets and capital plans.
