Job summary

Sentral in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and elevate guest and resident experience. The GM will own P&L, develop budgets, and supervise the on-site team, delivering exceptional service in a luxury residential setting.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and a track record of improving occupancy and efficiency in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in luxury residential property management or hotels.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead property-wide strategies to maximize NOI and occupancy.
• Oversee home share program and revenue-improvement initiatives.
• Develop annual operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Manage on-site team, training, recruitment and development.
• Create leasing goals and manage renewal programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
