Bellevue Towers, part of Columbia Hospitality Residential, seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead its 1,500+ homeowners across 539 residences with five‑star service and hands‑on leadership.

The role demands luxury operations expertise, strong financial management, and a trusted partnership with the Board of Directors; you will coach a large team, manage budgets, and drive initiatives across property operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of luxury residential or hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience managing common-interest communities or HOA/board partnerships is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver five‑star service.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and leadership for all departments at Bellevue Towers.
• Leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for homeowners and residents.
• Builds trusted partnerships with the Bellevue Towers Board of Directors and stakeholders.
• Manages annual operating budget and financial planning to meet goals.
• Oversees maintenance, safety, and capital projects to protect property value.
• Attends board and committee meetings and leads staff development and performance reviews.
