Action Property Management seeks a General Manager to lead Millennium Tower, a 58-story luxury high-rise with a $16M+ annual operating budget. You will supervise on-site teams, manage governance with boards, and uphold five-star service standards across all touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in property management, strong financial expertise, and a hospitality mindset. This role requires evening board meetings and a commitment to exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years property management experience, high-rise luxury or hospitality background preferred.
• Fluency in multi-association governance and board relations.
• Experience overseeing complex capital projects and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team across concierge, engineering, security, and club services to deliver luxury resident experience.
• Manage governance and reporting to multiple boards; attend meetings and provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 58-story high-rise, ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence.
• Direct budgeting, capital planning, and vendor management to optimize cost and quality.
