You’ll manage financial performance, anticipate residents’ needs, and guide a culture of excellence while maintaining brand standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in property management.
7–10 years in property management with at least 5 years in leadership overseeing large teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a luxury high-rise multifamily community.
Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
Build strong resident relationships and address inquiries to enhance living experience.
Interface with CX to ensure brand strategy and service initiatives are met.
Respond to resident requests diplomatically and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain site administration files and communicate policies and procedures.
Analyze financial statements and manage operating budgets and capital plans.
