Page AMG is seeking a General Manager to oversee the resident experience and daily operations of a luxury condominium high-rise in Buckhead, Atlanta. The role focuses on hospitality, service excellence, and operational leadership to ensure residents feel welcomed and cared for.

The GM will lead concierge, engineering, maintenance, and housekeeping, while maintaining board relations and ensuring safety and compliance. A CAM license and strong hospitality background are essential.

Qualifications

• CAM license required in Georgia (in good standing).
• Minimum three years of leadership in community association or luxury residential management.
• Experience supervising employees across multiple operations.
• Strong knowledge of condominium operations, governing documents, and board relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident experience and hospitality standards for a luxury high-rise community.
• Lead onsite concierge, engineering, maintenance, and housekeeping teams.
• Manage daily building operations, preventive maintenance, and service quality.
• Serve as primary onsite liaison to the Board of Directors and provide operational updates.
• Develop procedures and training to elevate hospitality and resident service.
