Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team. Reporting to the Area or District Manager, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain a strong store culture centered on Caribou's purpose: to create day-making experiences that spark GOOD.

You will manage staffing, training, schedules, and performance, while safeguarding assets and optimizing the P&L.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for tasks.
• Ability to work full-time (40–47 hours per week) with overtime.
• The role regularly requires overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Staffing and scheduling across all shifts, ensuring peak daypart coverage.
• Lead the guest service program to deliver Caribou’s STAR experience.
• Drive sales, manage costs, and protect the P&L while maintaining high operating standards.
