Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Minneapolis is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage staffing, training, and performance, coach the team, and uphold Caribou's culture and standards across shifts, drive-thru, and in-store channels.

You'll own the P&L, control costs, inventory, and loss prevention, and partner with the Area/District Manager to build a high-performing team and a community-focused coffeehouse.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and delivery of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels and create demand-based schedules.

• Drive sales, manage P&L, and control costs and inventory.
• Ensure cash controls, loss prevention, and safe operations.
