Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work full-time (47 hours per week).
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools used to support the business.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store staffing for upcoming shifts and maintain up-to-date schedules.
• Develop engagement strategies and foster internal growth and development.
• Coach, give feedback, and recognize team members for performance.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences and address issues.
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to policies.
