Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee in Michigan, is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and cultivate a people-first culture. You will manage the full restaurant, develop a high-performing team, and ensure guest satisfaction while driving profitability and upholding Border Foods core values.

You will champion safety, training, scheduling, and service standards, fostering a collaborative environment that supports career growth and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• This exempt management position is expected to work at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive customer satisfaction with fast, friendly service.
• Guard cash handling, inventory, and labor controls per policy.
