Buffalo Wild Wings in Englewood, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will drive performance, coach the management team, and oversee community involvement, promotions, and training programs.

The role requires 4–5 years of restaurant GM experience, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety, plus strong leadership and financial acumen. Salary and benefits reflect senior restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
