Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Colorado is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive legendary guest experiences. You will oversee the management team, marketing efforts, and community involvement while maintaining performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 4-5 years of restaurant management and previous GM experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety, and computer operations.

Qualifications

• Has 4–5 years of management experience and prior restaurant GM experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Able to manage and direct others, drive change, and train and develop a team.
• Can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

• Lead local restaurant marketing and community connection and fundraising activities.
