Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and guest experiences. You will oversee the management team, drive performance, training, and engagement while handling local marketing and community activities.

You will analyze P&L results to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. We welcome candidates with 4–5 years of restaurant GM experience who are passionate about developing teams, maintaining service

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience with prior General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to manage and direct teams, drive performance and training initiatives.
• Experience analyzing Profit and Loss statements to guide decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team, monitoring performance, engagement and development.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and drive P&L results to ensure top performance.
• Oversee community connections and fundraising activities as part of the role.
• Create legendary guest experiences across all shifts and operations.
