Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s front of house and back of house operations. You will be the go-to leader, directing the team to deliver a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Marketing or user experience knowledge a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant FOH and BOH; lead the restaurant management team.
• Evaluate and define the guest experience at various points of the guest journey.
• Build differentiated guest experience programs based on customer needs and insights.
• Drive innovation and develop solutions to brand challenges.
• Oversee project management to ensure on-time delivery and team motivation.
